Paranapanema encourages its employees and all stakeholders to act ethically and responsibly. In order to guide the conduct of its business in ways that are even more transparent, the company has drawn up its own Code of Ethical Conduct, which synthesizes its principles of conduct.
The Code of Ethical Conduct also represents the identity of Paranapanema, and works directly towards strengthening the relationship the company has established with society and the environment, engaging in fair, proper and respectful conduct.
In addition, the company has provided the Ethics Line, a channel for direct and confidential communication, through which it is possible to report activities and behavior that are not in acordance with the Paranapanema Code of Ethical Conduct.
