(03/31/2016) The World Copper Conference CRU back to Santiago, from 4 to 6 April, as part of the Cesco Annual’s Week (Centro de Estudios del Cobre de la Mineria), attracting more than 400 professionals of the world copper industry. The CRU is a global consultancy specializing in market intelligence for the sectors of metals, mining and fertilizers.

The 15th edition of the meeting is considered the main copper industry conference, bringing together professionals from around the world to understand how market forces will impact on their business and operational decisions during the year. The three-day event begins with a visit to the mine AngloAmerican Los Bronces, followed by two intense days of presentations, discussions, case studies and discussions.

There will be 35 lectures, including the participation of Paranapanema’s CEO, Christophe Malik Akli, on day 6, talking about the challenges and advantages of production of copper in Brazil.
