(08/14/2015) Starts on this Monday, August 17, an ABM Week, event held for ABM (Brazilian Association of Metallurgy, Materials and Mining) with an expectancy to attract 3 thousand participants. Joining the strength of its annual meetings, ABM realizes the major event in Latin America in Mining, Metallurgy and Materials.

As one of week’ sponsors, Paranapanema will have an exclusive stand, where will expose its technologies and its professionals can exchange knowledge and experiences with other organizations.

Besides, in the first event’s day, the industrial manager and Paranapanema’s project, Evandro Schmidt Pause, will participate in a plenary that will discuss the impacts of water resources shortage for the mining and steel, showing the smart water system adopted by the company.

ABM Week will happen between 17 and 21 August, at Riocentro, in Rio de Janeiro, bringing together 12 traditional ABM events, as the 70th Annual Congress, the 52nd Seminar of Lamination and 6th.
