(03/03/2016) On February 24, Paranapanema was featured in Valor Econômico on special report about the participation of women on the administrative council. According to experts, the ideal is to have more than two women on the council. In the Paranapanema’s case, the board consists of seven people, including three women, a real positive exception in the Brazilian scene. According to Maria Paula Soares Aranha, one of the Company’s counselors, it is important that diversity, because the issues are handled by different angles.
