Eluma copper tube is elected the best of Brazil
The result of the vote conducted by the magazine Revenda Construção was announced on November 22, in São Paulo
(11/30/2016) Eluma Hidrolar Tube 22mm – Class E, produced in Santo André’s plant (SP), won the 1st place in the search for the Best Product of the year in the tube and copper connections industry, with 74% of indications. The material is suitable for installations in cold and hot water, fuel gases and use in hydrants.
The award is conducted by the magazine Revenda Construção, whose clients operate in the resales of construction materials throughout the country. The Best Product Award of the Year aims to detect, according to the votes of the shop-owners themselves, which products have achieved higher turnover and profitability at point of sale in the last twelve months. The award ceremony took place on November 22 in São Paulo.
Earlier this year, Paranapanema was also elected by the magazine Revenda Construção as the Top of Mind brand among dealers with Eluma tubes and copper connections..
Eluma seamless copper tubes – Hidrolar – hard, seamless, manufactured by extrusion process and calibrated at the commercial diameters by drawing, Eluma Hidrolar tubes are produced according to ABNT-13206 standard.
Marketed at bars of 5.0 and 2.5 meters, composed of at least 99.9% copper. Copper tubes have good chemical resistance; good corrosion resistance; easy handling; little tendency to fouling; good mechanical resistance; long service life and recyclable.
Unless indicated by hydraulic designer, they are commonly used for:
- cold and hot water systems, fuel gases, fire-fighting facilities with fire hydrant and sprinklers: TUBES CLASS E – Identified by plastic caps in green. They are coupled with connections by welding or capillary brazing.
- All installations are suitable for the pipe Class E, medical gas installations: TUBE CLASS A – Identified by plastic caps in the yellow. They are coupled with connections by welding or capillary brazing.
- All installations suitable for Class A tube and industrial installations with high pressure and steam: TUBES CLASS I – Identified by plastic caps in blue. They are coupled with connections by welding or capillary brazing.
