(10/07/2016) On August 20th, the Brazilian construction sector met the winners of the 25th Anamaco Award (National Association of Traders of Construction Materials). The solemnity was elected the best construction material manufacturers of Brazil and gathered more than 2.000 people between storekeepers, authorities, key people from the industry and trade, as well as entrepreneurs in the sector.

For over a year, Paranapanema received the Master Award in the category “Copper Pipes and Fittings”, revered for its excellence and presence in every corner of the Country of Eluma products. The searched criteria were quality, price, point of sale service, technical guidance, logistics and overall assessment.

To determine the winners of the Anamaco Award 2016, 1657 construction material retailers were heard, by phone. The sample is segmented into two groups of shops: “Pulverization” – in which are recorded only the responses of small and medium sized retailers – and “Large Customers” – large sized construction material retailers, extracted from a listing of Anamaco. When a company is the winner in the first place of two groups of shops, it receives the Master Trophy, as was the case of Paranapanema.

Founded in December 1984, Anamaco is a trade association, non-profit, with the goal of developing actions before the public authority presenting suggestions and projects that aim to increase sales of construction materials, promoting the development of the sector and the country as a whole.

HIDROLAR® Copper Pipes Line – HIDROLAR® copper pipes are rigid, seamless, manufactured by extrusion process and then calibrated in commercial diameters through wiredrawing. They are produced according to the standard ABNT-NBR 13206. According to the application, they are offered in three classes:

• CLASS E – indicated for cold and hot water installations, gas, fire-fighting installations by fire hydrant and sprinklers.

• CLASS A – ideal for all applications of class E pipes, as well as for combustible and medical gases installations.

• CLASS I – can be used in all applications of class A pipes, as well as in industrial plants of medium and high pressure and hospital.

FLEXIBLE Copper Pipes Line – FLEXIBLE copper pipes are produced from innovative concept to the point-to-point system, they do not require welding, have less loss of load and generate savings by reducing the number of connections. It may be applied in installations of fuel gas and distribution of hot and cold water. Its production follows the standard ABNT-NBR 13206.

SOLAR Copper Pipes Line – SOLAR pipes line are rigid, seamless, manufactured by extrusion process and then calibrated in commercial diameters through wiredrawing. The product is used in the manufacture of solar water heaters, provides security and durability at the installations.

ELUMAGÁS® Copper Pipes Line – The cooper pipes from ELUMAGAS® line are produced through seamless by manufacturing process similar to HIDROLAR® and SOLAR® pipes, receiving heat treatment after the wiredrawing, which makes them flexible. They are used in gas installations for interconnection with apparatus (gas meters, gas cylinders, etc). They are manufactured according to the regulations NBR 14745 and NBR 15526.
